Acupuncture and Pregnancy
Acupuncture is very safe during pregnancy and is often used as a tool to help with women who are over-due. Specific acupuncture points may help the body to get ready for the birth and many midwives and doula’s are now recommending acupuncture as a conservative treatment before an induction.
Dr Daniel Ryken (chiropractor) and Mr Chae Lim discuss some at home acupressure points that may be useful to assist in bringing on labour.
