Payments:

You can pay by Credit card, eftpos or cash. We appreciate payment at the end of the consultation. Refunds from your Health Fund may vary in amounts from zero to 100% depending on which provider you are with and what type of cover you have.

We have the HICAPs system which is an electronic health rebate device. After we swipe your Private Health Insurance card, you will know on the spot what your refund is. You then just pay the difference.

In addition, some people with chronic conditions may be eligible for Medicare rebates under an Enhanced Primary Care plan. Contact your GP to enquire whether you are eligible for this. Many people like to book an initial consultation to determine if we can assist and then if we feel we can, obtain the necessary EPC paperwork to assist with any further consultation fees.
